A rich and creamy sauce mix with
black pepper, parsely and oregano for a quick and tasty pasta dish.
225g (8oz) bacon, chopped
50g (2oz) mushrooms, sliced
1 packet Schwartz Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe Mix
450ml (¾ pint) milk
275g (10oz) spaghetti, cooked and drained
1. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Add the mushrooms and
fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Blend the packet contents into the milk. Add to the pan and bring
to the boil, stirring.
3. Add the spaghetti to the sauce and continue cooking for 2
4. Serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
Increase the mushrooms to 100g (4oz), replace the bacon
with chicken, the spaghetti with cooked pasta twists and add 125g (5oz)
grated cheese. Transfer to a heatproof dish, top with more grated cheese
and grill until golden.
