This quick pasta dish, with prawns and cherry tomatoes, tastes rich and creamy using half-fat crème fraîche.
STEP 1Heat the oil and fry the tomatoes gently for 5-6 minutes, until softened.
STEP 2Add the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and cook for 30 seconds to release the aromatic flavours. Stir in the crème fraîche and prawns, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 3Stir in the cooked pasta and heat through.
STEP 4Toss through the rocket leaves and serve immediately.
