Delicious brussel sprouts roasted with Garlic and Fennel Seed, combined with sweet red apple, walnuts and Sage for a great recipe to serve with turkey and chicken.

STEP 1Pre-heat the oven to 190˚C, 375˚F, Gas Mark 5.

STEP 2Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well coated.

STEP 3Place in an ovenproof dish and cook for 40 minutes or until tender.
