• ● Acceptance: By entering, entrants accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
• ● Entry: (a) Entries can only be made via Instagram (b) How to enter: Follow @schwartzuk and @ninjakitchenuk on Instagram, like this post and comment what recipe you’d love to make with one of the seasonings. Triple your entries by posting a picture or video of you making the recipe on Instagram and using the tag #UpYourAirFryGame
• ● Entrant limits: Only those residents in the UK and Ireland, who are aged 18 or over are eligible to enter. Internet access required.
• ● ● No entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Instagram account required.
• ● Prize: 1 x Ultimate Air-fry packs, featuring Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer SL400UK (£269.99) and 12 month’s worth of Schwartz Air-Fry Seasoning Range (£30). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be given. Promoters may substitute similar prizes of equivalent or greater value (£299.99).
• ● Closing date: The competition will close at 11.59pm (GMT) on 26/08/2024. No entries received after this time will be considered. The Promoter may withdraw or end this competition early where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
• ● Winner selection: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received - 1 x winner drawn on 27/08/2024.
• Claiming prize: The winners will be notified on the competition post or via DMs and asked to contact the Promoter to claim their prize. The winner will have 48 hours from notification to contact the Promoter to claim their prize. If the winner(s) do not contact the Promoter within the timeframe, that winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly selected.
• ● Non-entrants: The following persons are not eligible to enter: (i) employees of any business involved or associated with the prize draw (including the Promoter and its associated companies, any agent of the Promoter administering the competition, and any other agent or representative) and (ii) any such person’s family or household members. By entering this competition you hereby assign to the Promoter the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in any promotional and advertising material and similar which arises out of or is in connection with this competition.
• ● Promoter’s decision is final: in the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
• ● Liability: Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages otherwise increased. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant’s participation in the prize draw or from any prize. For any other matter, the Promoter’s entire liability is limited to one thousand pounds.
