CHEEZY CHIPS
TOSS 250g frozen French fries or chips in oil. SPRINKLE with 2 tbs of seasoning. COOK in air fryer at 200°C for 10 – 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. ENJOY with chicken air fried with Bangin’ Chicken Seasoning or vegetables air fried with Veggilicious Seasoning.

Cut any large potatoes into quarters and put into a large bowl. Tip over the Schwartz Air-Fry Cheezy Chip Seasoning, then stir everything together to coat. 2. Mix the onion and chorizo into the potatoes and spray well with oil. Cut the top off the garlic bulb and drizzle with olive oil. Put the potatoes, onion and chorizo into one drawer and the garlic into another. Airfry everything for 5 minutes at 200ºc, then give the potato drawer a shake. Continue to roast for another 10 minutes. 3. In a small frying pan over a medium heat add in 1 tbsp of olive oil and stir in the paprika and chilli flakes. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant, then mix in the tomato puree. 4. Cook out the tomato puree for 1-2 minutes then pour in the chicken stock. Cook for a final few minutes until thick and glossy, then season well with salt and pepper. 5. Remove the garlic bulb from the airfryer and squeeze out the cloves onto a chopping board. Smush up the cloves into a paste with a knife, then mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise and a good pinch of salt and pepper. 6. When your potatoes are crispy, tip them out onto a plate and top with your bravas sauce.
