Schwartz x Nadiya Exclusive Free Gift with Purchase for First 50 Eligible Customers (“Free Gift Offer”): Terms & Conditions
1. This Free Gift Offer subject these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility: This Free Gift Offer is open to the public, excluding employees of McCormick (UK) Limited and their immediate family members, who meet the following criteria:
a. Must be at least 18 years old.
b. Must be a UK resident (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
c. Must be subscribed to the Schwartz mailing list and among the first 50 people to make a qualifying purchase from the Schwartz x Nadiya range on Schwartz.co.uk.
3. Period Of The Free Gift Offer: The Free Gift Offer commences on 14th August 2023 from 08:30 and will end as soon as 50 eligible customers have qualified to receive the Free Gift.
4. How to Enter: To be eligible for the Free Gift Offer, you must:
a. If you’re not already subscribed, subscribe to the Schwartz mailing list with a valid email address.
b. Purchase any item(s) from the Schwartz x Nadiya range on Schwartz.co.uk using the same email address used for the mailing list sign-up.
5. Maximum one entry per person. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.
6. Free Gift with Purchase: The first 50 eligible customers who meet the criteria mentioned in point 2 above will receive the Free Gift with their qualifying purchase, albeit in a separate delivery. The Free Gift Offer is subject to availability, and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, McCormick has the right to terminate the competition in its entirety and/or provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

8. Contact Information: Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including a valid email address and shipping address, to be eligible for the Free Gift Offer. Any discrepancies in the provided information are your responsibility.
9. Third-Party Contact: You agree to be contacted by a third-party, Intervino Limited, solely for the purpose of confirmation of winning, order fulfilment, delivery, and tracking of the Free Gift Offer. The third-party will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery and addressing any related queries.
10. Notification: The first 50 eligible customers will be notified via email as soon as reasonably practicable by Intervino Limited via schwartz@intervino.co.uk that they will be receiving the Free Gift. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is active and regularly checked.

b. McCormick reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions
