PAPRIKA, GARLIC & PARSLEY SEASONING 30g e: Spices (Paprika (20%), Dried Garlic (10%), Dried Onion, Black Pepper, White Pepper), Breadcrumbs (contains WHEAT), Sea Salt, Herbs (Dried Parsley (2%), Rosemary), Natural Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), Sunflower Oil, Colour (Paprika Extract).
KICKING SEASONING 25g e: Spices (Dried Garlic, Cumin (15%), Paprika (12%), Ground Coriander Seed, Black Pepper (5%), Onion Powder, Cardamom, Ground Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper, Clove), Salt, Dried Red Bell Peppers, Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavouring, Anti-caking Agent (Calcium Silicate), Rapeseed Oil, Colour (Paprika Extract).
COOLING SEASONING 20g e: BUTTERMILK Powder, Skimmed MILK Powder, Maltodextrin, Spices (Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Cardamom, Black Pepper), Salt, Cucumber Juice Powder, Herbs (Mint, Chives), Acid (Malic Acid), Flavourings, Anti-caking Agent (Calcium Silicate), Rapeseed Oil.
KIT CONTAINS SEASONINGS FOR:
- chicken, lamb or halloumi
- sweet potato wedges
- yoghurt dressing
For Tasty Wedges
3 tbs oil
675g sweet potatoes, unpeeled and cut into wedges
For Kicking Kebabs
1 tbs oil
450g chicken breast OR thighs skinless boneless, diced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 red onion, cut into wedges
For Cooling Dressing
150ml yoghurt
100g cucumber, chopped
Start by pre-heating the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Combine the Paprika, Garlic & Parsley Seasoning, oil and potatoes in a bowl, stir to coat the potatoes in all the delicious flavours. Tip the wedges onto a pre-heated roasting tray and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking half-way through.
Start by combining the Kicking Seasoning with the oil in a bowl, add the chicken, pepper and onion and stir to coat. Thread the ingredients onto skewers, then cook on a griddle pan or in the pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Simply mix the Cooling Seasoning with the yoghurt and cucumber in a small bowl to drizzle over the kebabs and wedges.
TO SERVE. Great with warm pitta bread and mixed salad.
