  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped

  • 1 tablespoons Smoked Paprika

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Granules

  • ½ teaspoon Oregano , , plus extra to serve

  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon Fennel Seeds 28g

  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 150 millilitre (¼ pint) water

  • 400 gram tin chopped tomatoes

  • Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season
