TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility:
1. Anyone residing in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) who purchases one participating promotional Schwartz x The Real Greek recipe mix product will be entitled to participate in the promotion.
2. All participating promotional products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
3. Participants will require internet access and must purchase a participating promotional product.
4. The participating promotional products are as follows and are subject to stock availability in participating retailers:

Promotional Period:
5. The promotion is open between 00:01 12/08/2023 to 23:59 01/03/25. Any claims received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
How to claim your voucher code:
6. To claim, claimants will need to buy a participating promotional pack instore or online and scan the QR code on pack or go to Schwartz.co.uk/RestaurantFavourites to be directed to the necessary promotional site and complete the form during the promotional period. Claimants will be asked to enter their full name and email address.
7. The consumer will then immediately be emailed their unique voucher code to the stipulated email address.
8. Promotional product packaging and/or receipt must be kept as proof of purchase and either will be accepted by the restaurant, alongside a voucher code as proof of valid claim. Receipt must show date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date of claim.
9. Claim voucher code will be valid for 20% off Main Menu food in participating restaurants 7 days a week. Claimants will be required to show their voucher code, promotional product packaging and/or receipt at the restaurant.
10. Maximum one voucher code and maximum six persons per table/booking. Max one code per person within a 30 day period.
11. The voucher code will go live straight away after issuance and expires 14 days from date of email sent.
12. The offer and individual voucher code issued for each purchase of a participating product is unique can only be used once and has no cash value.
13. The Real Greek restaurant voucher code exclusions include:
a. Offer available Sunday – Saturday.
b. Offer cannot be accepted in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion and is not valid with Lunch Menu, Filoxenia Dinner Menu, Kali Orexi Menu, Party Menu, Christmas Menu, Kids Menu, Dessert Menu, Drinks Menu or any other set / sharing menu.
c. Available at all The Real Greek restaurants. Not valid on delivery or takeaway.
d. An optional 10% service charge will be added to the bill.
General:
14. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
i. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption.
ii. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s participation requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating.
16. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their claim.
17. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you, or any third party, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by any person as a result of participating in this promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the promotion.
19. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
21. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

22. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be used solely in the administration of the promotion unless we have your consent. Personal data will be retained as long as necessary to provide participants with the services and products requested and for a maximum of three months from promotion end date. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to info@therealgreek.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
23. The Real Greek takes the privacy of its Users seriously. It is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its Users and that all persons whose personal data is processed by The Real Greek shall at all times be confident that their privacy is respected, and that due care is taken regarding his or her personal data. Personal data, including data such as names and email addresses which you provide to The Real Greek, may be processed manually as well as by computers.
24. Any visit to The Real Greek Site may lead to registration of the IP address used for such access. The Real Greek use IP addresses to measure the use of the Sites to help improve the site, to personalize the Experience to tailor relevant content and to optimise user Experience and determine frequency.
25. If you consent to the opt-in and thus the sharing of your personal data (your full name, email address) for marketing purposes, your personal data will be shared with McCormick for the purpose of sending you electrical messages, which may include promotions, product information and service offers.
