Yucatan Squash Tacos

Filled with tender butternut squash, these easy tacos are ready to enjoy in less than 30 minutes thanks to a little help from the robust flavours of Herdez Yucatan Seasoning and a drizzle of Herdez Salsa Verde.

500 g butternut squash, cubed
1 tbs oil
1 sachet Herdez Yucatan Seasoning
10 mini tortilla wraps
1 jar Herdez Salsa Verde
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pre-heat oven 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- 2 Place the butternut squash on a baking tray. Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle with the seasoning, toss to coat then cook for 20-25 minutes, or until softened.
- 3 Serve in warmed tortilla wraps with Salsa Verde, sliced avocado and coriander.
